    We are so happy to be trading with more regular hours once again and are delighted so many familiar faces are returning to our stores. Some branches will however continue a slightly reduced opening hour timetable during April until business returns to normal so please check the opening hours of your store below while this period exists.

    Please note that if you are isolating or unable to visit your branch, it is also possible to arrange click and collect or lending / financial services by appointment so if you wish to contact your branch for any reason please email them directly on the details below, call the shop mobile or visit your stores facebook page for the very latest information.

    Please note that loan interest payments and redemptions can be done by bank transfer by following the instructions below. Collection of goods can be arranged directly with your local store. If you need further help or you do not bank on-line then please contact your local store directly to make alternative payment arrangements.

    Communication is vital and the best method of communication with your store is via store email. Emails are answered very promptly and we can update you with all the details you require.     Important Information: Financial Services Customers can still make remote payments and pay to redeem items / renew items while your store is closed by BANK TRANSFER

    Here's how:

    1. Email your specific branch on the email above with details of the transaction you would like to conduct with your full name and address, phone number and pledge contract number. We will contact you to let you know how much is outstanding if you wish to make a full redemption payment.
    2. Make your payment by BACS / Bank Transfer to the following account using your NAME and STORE as a reference (if space allows include your contract number also).

      IMPORTANT – Remember to include CUSTOMER NAME AND BRANCH as your reference.

    4. We have 24hr access into our system so once the payment has been received into the bank we will complete the transaction remotely.Please note this will freeze any further interest payments or reduce them accordingly in the case of any part payments from the date of the transaction.
    5. You will receive email confirmation of the transaction once successfully completed and the goods will remain safely held in our vault for collection until the store re-opens.
    6. Please bring your contract and a copy of the confirmation email with you to the store for collection of goods once the store reopens. If new paperwork needs to be signed in the case of a renewal, this can be done once the store reopens however a record will also exist on our system.
