Due to government advice we have been forced to temporarily close ALL branches during this current crisis to help prevent the spread of the Corona Virus. We hope to open as soon as the Government advise us it is safe to do so however we want to reassure you that your goods are safely stored in our vaults and it will be business as usual once this crisis is over.
This applies to all your pledges, repairs and deposits so there really is no need to worry about your goods.
Communication is vital and the best method of communication with your store is via email. A list of store email addresses are listed below and we can communicate with you directly via email or call you to discuss your personal situation if you contact us. We will also regularly update our facebook page with any further contact details.
Important Information: Financial Services Customers can still make remote payments and pay to redeem items / renew items while your store is closed by BANK TRANSFER
Email your specific branch on the email above with details of the transaction you would like to conduct with your full name and address, phone number and pledge contract number. We will contact you to let you know how much is outstanding if you wish to make a full redemption payment.
Make your payment by BACS / Bank Transfer to the following account using your NAME and STORE as a reference (if space allows include your contract number also).

We have 24hr access into our system so once the payment has been received into the bank we will complete the transaction remotely.
Please note this will freeze any further interest payments or reduce them accordingly in the case of any part payments from the date of the transaction.
You will receive email confirmation of the transaction once successfully completed and the goods will remain safely held in our vault for collection until the store re-opens.
Please bring your contract and a copy of the confirmation email with you to the store for collection of goods once the store reopens. If new paperwork needs to be signed in the case of a renewal, this can be done once the store reopens however a record will also exist on our system.
